WHAT ARE THESE?
This gold glass 4.5” × 6.5” hanging frame houses this one of a kind vintage artwork from the 1920’s of Mexico.
This devotional print was rediscovered in the 1980’s and subsequently reprinted in black and white. It was then HAND-PAINTED, a widespread practice in the 20’s to make them more appealing and personal. Therefore, these are, what I will coin, ‘double vintage’!
Each work of art is totally unique and one off. I’ve recycled some of my own T* shawls, boiling strips of cashmere to get this colourful cord to hang the frame with. Perfectly on brand!
These are a great present for a spiritual or religious character. Or, why not create a little shrine of your own at home? Mine is on my bathroom wall.
